Shipping and taxes

Estimated shipping times

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.

  • The Netherlands: 2-3 business days
  • North America: 2-4 weeks
  • Europe: 1-3 weeks

We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.


The products in our store are displayed with and without taxes (second shown price). This is the way for automated taxes to show. Because we have shoppers all over the world, we needed to change this. Once you fill in your shipping information, you will see prices including the taxes for your country.

Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns.

  • Contact us within: 5 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
  • We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations
  • But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged. (Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns) for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
